Products purchased online during each event period is subjected to our shipping T&C conditions. Each batch of order is processed within 7-10 days and exported to each destination's facility for further processing. The total timeframe for this process is estimated up to 30 business days. After customs clearance, the processing time for local shipment takes up to 3 days. Finally, upon reaching final destination depending on country, shipment could take up to 14 days for countries like the US, UK, BR, RU. Shipment would take up to 3 days for countries not mentioned above.

Shipment would be initiated from the date export date is declared. If you do not receive your product within 90 days, please send us a DM on Instagram.

• We do not accept refunds without a valid reason. If you have issues with your products, kindly
